With Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) returning from injury, Landale shifted back to the bench. Coming off what was an inspiring debut for the Hawks, Landale was unable to repeat his heroics from two nights earlier. Assuming Okongwu remains relatively healthy moving forward, Landale is likely to be a fringe 12-team asset at best. In many situations, he could even find himself serving as nothing more than a situational streamer.

Landale was given the green light to make his Hawks debut Thursday following a tumultuous week in which he was traded by Memphis to Utah on Tuesday before being shipped to Atlanta on Wednesday. Perhaps the Jazz will regret moving on from the fifth-year center, as he put together a dominant display Thursday despite the lack of playing time with his new teammates. Landale ended up leading the Hawks in scoring, three-pointers and blocks while finishing second in rebounds behind Jalen Johnson (16 rebounds). It'll be interesting to see how head coach Quin Snyder shapes the Hawks' rotation once Onyeka Okongwu (mouth) is cleared to return, especially if Landale can come close to maintaining this kind of production.

Landale went from being the Grizzlies' roster to the Jazz's on Tuesday as part of the Jaren Jackson trade, only for the former to be moved to the Hawks one day later. Landale has been given the green light to make his Hawks debut Thursday, and he'll be a member of the team's starting lineup while Christian Koloko comes off the bench. Landale averaged 11.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.8 steals over 28.6 minutes per game over his last five starts with Memphis.

Landale was acquired from Utah on Wednesday and will be asked to provide some frontcourt depth. Rowland notes that Landale isn't guaranteed to see minutes Thursday, so fantasy managers will want to be cautious here. For the time being, the Jazz now have a logjam at center that also includes Jusuf Nurkic and Kyle Filipowski. Utah's other potential moves ahead of the trade deadline remain to be seen, but it appears Landale has plenty of competition for playing time, which could have a negative impact on his fantasy value. He can be considered questionable for Thursday's game in Atlanta while the trade finalizes.
