Shines in Game 5 win
Williams recorded 40 points (14-25 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 9-12 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Monday's 120-109 win over the Pacers in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Análisis
Williams posted a playoff career high in points, helping lead the Thunder to a 3-2 series lead. The star forward and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander combined for 71 points, with the duo scoring or assisting on 103 of the team's 120 points. Williams has logged at least 26 points and six rebounds in three straight games. The 24-year-old is averaging 25.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists across 35.4 minutes per game in the Finals. Williams and the Thunder will look to close out the series in Indiana on Thursday.

Scores 27 points in Game 4 win
Williams ended with 27 points (8-18 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 11-11 FT), seven rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes during Friday's 111-104 victory over the Pacers in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
Análisis
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the way for the Thunder in this comeback win, but Williams was a key contributor in the win with clutch buckets every time the Thunder needed him. Williams has struggled from three in the Finals, going 3-for-16 from beyond the arc, but that hasn't slowed him down, and he has scored over 20 points in the last two contests of the series. Williams should play a pivotal role on offense for the Thunder in Game 5 on Monday.

26 points not enough in loss
Williams notched 26 points (9-18 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 7-11 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal across 36 minutes during Wednesday's 116-107 loss to Indiana in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.
Análisis
This was one of Williams' top performances of the postseason so far, and his aggression was notable as he got to the free-throw line 11 times. Through three games in this series, Williams is averaging 20.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.0 steals, but his efficiency has left a lot to be desired -- he's shooting 39.2 percent from the field and 27.3 percent from beyond the arc.
