Análisis
It's unclear how long Black's run of production will last, but the eventual returns of Franz Wagner (ankle) and Jalen Suggs (hip) will obviously hurt his fantasy value. The increase for Black is easy to view, as he's averaged 17.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.0 steals over six games since joining the first unit.

Black registered 19 points (8-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one block across 31 minutes during Monday's 120-97 loss to the Warriors.
Análisis
Black will be a valuable piece of the puzzle as the team awaits the return of Jalen Suggs (hip) and Franz Wagner (ankle). The Arkansas product is on pace to crush his previous season averages over his first two years in Orlando, averaging 13.8 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.2 steals over 29 games this season.

Continues steady production in win
Black closed Saturday's 128-127 overtime win over the Jazz with 20 points (6-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 7-8 FT), six rebounds and five assists over 40 minutes.
Análisis
Jalen Suggs' (hip) absence has allowed Black to log four consecutive starts, and his standout production might summon an adjustment in the rotation upon Suggs' return. Franz Wagner's return is still at least a week away, so the team could conceivably run with Suggs and Black in the backcourt and shift Desmond Bane to the wing, a position where he is usually comfortable.

Análisis
Black had a subpar outing in terms of rebounds but notched his best scoring tally since Nov. 25 while making his third consecutive start. The young guard has been given a more meaningful role in the absence of Franz Wagner (ankle) and Jalen Suggs (hip), and that could continue to be the case for a few more games. Black should keep improving his season numbers of 13.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 29.0 minutes per game as long as he remains in this elevated role.
