Leads second unit in win
Black provided 11 points (4-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four assists, three steals, one rebound and one block over 29 minutes during Saturday's 133-121 win over the Knicks.
Análisis
Black put up single-digit shot attempts for a second consecutive contest, though he still led the bench in points while reaching double figures for the fourth game in a row. The 21-year-old guard continues to provide value on both ends of the floor, leading all players in steals Saturday. He has tallied multiple steals in each of his last three games, totaling nine swipes during that span.

Black contributed 12 points (4-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, four assists and four steals over 29 minutes during Thursday's 129-101 win over the Clippers.
Análisis
Black turned in a well-rounded final line off the bench, scoring in double figures while contributing across the board. He racked up a team-high four steals on the way to a victory, a mark he also reached Nov. 7 against Boston. Black continues to find ways to be productive even after the return of Jalen Suggs.

Still productive off bench
Black posted 21 points (8-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 5-7 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two steals over 33 minutes during the Magic's 121-113 win over the Warriors on Tuesday.
Análisis
Even with Jalen Suggs returning from a one-game absence to supplant Black from the starting lineup Tuesday, the latter still ended up playing meaningful minutes off the bench. Black led the Magic with a plus-18 point differential, and his 21 points were the second most on the team behind Desmond Bane (23). Black has established a consistent role for himself and should continue to see reasonable playing time regardless of whether he starts or comes off the bench. In nine games (two starts) since Nov. 1, he has averaged 10.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals over 27.1 minutes per game.

Reverting back to bench Tuesday
Black won't start Tuesday's game against the Warriors, Cody Taylor of USA Today reports.
Análisis
With Jalen Suggs returning from a one-game absence due to a groin issue, Black will slide to the second unit. Over his last five outings off the bench, the 21-year-old guard has averaged 8.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 steals in 23.8 minutes per contest.
