Acuna went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and a walk in Saturday's 7-6 victory over St. Louis.

Acuna gave Atlanta an early lead with a 379-foot solo shot in the first inning. The All-Star outfielder missed nearly two months to begin the campaign while rehabbing from ACL surgery, but he's shown no signs of rust, posting a 1.056 OPS with 12 homers, 22 RBI and 39 runs over 44 contests. Perhaps the only lingering effect of the surgery is Acuna's less-aggressive approach on the basepaths -- he has just four thefts after swiping 73 bases during his historic 2023 season.

Three hits in Friday's win
Acuna went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a run scored and an RBI in Friday's win over the Cardinals.
Análisis
After being scratched from Tuesday's game due to lower-back tightness, Acuna has looked plenty healthy over the last three contests, going 5-for-14 (.357) with two doubles and two homers. The 27-year-old withdrew from the Home Run Derby as a precaution, but he's still set to start for the National League in the All-Star Game and the back issue doesn't appear as though it will be an ongoing concern.

Acuna went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs and a walk in a 9-2 win against the Athletics on Wednesday.

Acuna was scratched from Atlanta's previous contest due to a back issue, but he didn't show any signs of a lingering injury Wednesday. The star slugger led off the game with a blast to left field off Mitch Spence and added another solo homer off Spence in the fourth inning. The long balls snapped a 13-game homerless stretch for Acuna, during which he batted just .158 (6-for-38) with only two RBI. Despite that rough period, Acuna is slashing a healthy .336/.454/.601 with 11 home runs, 20 RBI and four stolen bases over 41 contests.

Returning to starting nine
Acuna (back) will start in right field and bat leadoff Wednesday against the Athletics.
Análisis
A bout of lower-back tightness prevented Acuna from starting Tuesday's contest, but he now seems to be feeling well enough to play Wednesday. The 27-year-old superstar has been in a bit of a slump at the plate lately, slashing .171/.310/.171 across 42 plate appearances over the past two weeks.
