Allows four runs in no-decision
Bido did not factor into the decision in Monday's 5-4 win against the Mariners, allowing four runs on six hits and one walk with four strikeouts over 5.1 innings.
Análisis
Bido entered the sixth inning with a 4-2 lead but yielded two runs on three hits before being lifted at 91 pitches. The 28-year-old ended a run of five consecutive starts allowing two earned runs or fewer and surrendered a home run for the first time since July 28. On the season, he owns a 3.52 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 60:25 K:BB across 61.1 innings and lines up to face the Tigers on Saturday.

Quality start in no-decision
Bido came away with a no-decision in Wednesday's 9-6 win over the Reds, allowing two runs on three hits over six innings. He struck out five without walking a batter.
Análisis
It was another sharp performance from Bido, who delivered his fourth quality start in five August outings on 84 pitches (54 strikes). The right-hander left the mound in line for his sixth win, but the Oakland bullpen melted down in the seventh inning, only for the offense to rally in the eighth. Bido has a 1.55 ERA, 0.79 WHIP and 28:9 K:BB through 29 innings on the month, and he'll look to stay hot in his next start, which is scheduled to come at home early next week against the Mariners.
