Higashioka is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.
Análisis
After starting in each of the last four games -- three at catcher, one at designated hitter -- Higashioka will retreat to the bench for the series finale in Sacramento. Jonah Heim will get the nod behind the dish in place of Higashioka on Sunday.

Homers again
Higashioka went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run, an RBI single and a sacrifice fly during Wednesday's 20-3 win over the Angels.
Análisis
Higashioka delivered his third five-RBI game of the season Wednesday and belted a home run for a second consecutive game. The catcher's three-run homer off position player Oswald Peraza was part of an eight-run seventh inning. Higashioka now has 10 long balls in 2025, reaching double-digits in the category for a fifth consecutive season.

Higashioka went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 7-3 win over the Angels.
Análisis
Higashioka contributed to the win with a solo blast in the fourth inning that finished Texas' scoring for the game. It was his ninth homer of the season and snapped an 0-for-13 run.
