Homers, scores three times in win
Happ went 2-for-6 with a solo home run and two additional runs scored in Thursday's 8-7, 10-inning win over the Phillies.
Análisis
Happ had an impactful afternoon as he launched his third home run over his last seven games and seventh overall this year. The veteran outfielder also set a season high with the three runs scored. Happ is now riding a seven-game hitting streak, and he's batting a cool .346 during that span to push his season average up to an even .250, which would be his highest mark since 2022.

Tallies first stolen base
Happ went 1-for-4 with two walks, a stolen base and two runs scored in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Phillies.
Análisis
Happ reached three times in the win and also mustered his first stolen base of the season in his first attempt. The veteran outfielder doesn't run like he used to, as he only had six steals during the 2025 regular season following 13 swipes in 2024 and 14 in 2023. Happ might not possess the same wheels he used to have, but he's still effective at getting on base, and he's delivered at least 20 home runs in each of the last three years as well. The 31-year-old has also played in at least 150 games for four straight seasons.

Goes deep again Saturday
Happ went 1-for-2 with two walks, a solo home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Mets.
Análisis
Happ went deep for the second consecutive day, pushing his season home run total up to six. The veteran outfielder is batting only .222, but he's walking at a 13 percent clip and delivering extra-base hits when he does connect, which has helped him post a strong .861 OPS so far. That would be Happ's highest OPS since the shortened 2020 regular-season campaign, when he had an .866 OPS. In a season in which he's played at least 100 games, his highest career OPS is .842.

Launches fifth home run Friday
Happ went 1-for-4 with a walk and a two-run home run in Friday's 12-4 win over the Mets.
Análisis
Happ was one of three Chicago hitters to go deep in the easy win, as he launched his fifth home run of the season in the eighth inning. The veteran outfielder is batting just .214, but his .799 OPS is nine points higher than his career mark, so he's still finding ways to produce offensively. After missing a few games recently with a bruised heel, Happ looks fully healthy, and he should remain a lineup staple for the Cubs moving forward.
