The 76ers wisely let Maxey sit after a productive first half, as the team needs the elite point guard at his best in Tuesday's Play-In Game against Orlando. Maxey posted 32 points (11-28 FG, 1-10 3Pt, 9-10 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and two steals over 39 minutes during the 76ers' 105-94 win over the Pacers on Friday.

Maxey struggled mightily from deep, but he still paced the Sixers with a game-high 32 points, with 12 of those points coming in the third quarter. It was his 28th 30-plus-point game of the season but the first since March 7 against the Hawks. Since returning March 28 from a 10-game absence due to a finger injury, Maxey has averaged 24.0 points, 6.6 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 threes over 37.5 minutes per contest. Maxey briefly left Friday's game after appearing to injure his right hand, which will be worth monitoring ahead of the Sixers' regular-season finale against the Bucks on Sunday.

Maxey appeared to suffer a right hand injury after going for a loose ball. He briefly exited to the locker room, although it appears he avoided a serious injury. Still, with only one more game left in the regular season after Friday's contest, Maxey might find himself on the injury report heading into Sunday's meeting with Milwaukee, at least for precautionary reasons.

Maxey has been productive since returning in late March from a finger injury, and over seven games since getting back in the lineup, he's averaging 22.9 points, 6.9 assists, 4.1 boards and 2.1 threes.

It's the first time in six games since Maxey returned from a finger injury that he's failed to score more than 20 points. During that stretch, the 25-year-old guard is averaging 22.7 points, 7.2 assists, 4.3 boards, 1.7 threes and 1.3 combined blocks and steals, but he's shooting just 31.3 percent from three-point range.
