Rupert -- who recently re-signed with the Grizzlies on a two-way contract after originally joining the team on a 10-day deal -- had appeared in each of the last six games while averaging 9.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 steals, 1.2 three-pointers and 1.0 assists in 27.5 minutes per game. Due to the nature of his contract, Rupert will be able to suit up in just 10 of the Grizzlies' remaining 21 games. With all of Ty Jerome (calf), Scotty Pippen (toe), Taylor Hendricks (illness) and Cedric Coward (knee) back in action for Saturday's contest after sitting out the previous game, the Grizzlies will opt to hold Rupert out in order to preserve some of his availability.

Back with Memphis on two-way deal

Rupert's 10-day contract with the Grizzlies expired earlier Wednesday, but Memphis wasted no time bringing the swingman back as one of its two-way players after upgrading Olivier-Maxence Prosper to a standard contract. Over his five appearances with the Grizzlies during his 10-day deal, Rupert averaged 10.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.6 steals and 1.2 assists in 26.8 minutes per game. While Rupert will likely be included in the rotation in Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers, he'll be available to play in just 11 of the Grizzlies' remaining 22 contests due to the stipulations of his two-way deal.

Season-high 16 points off bench
Rupert accumulated 16 points (4-9 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 33 minutes during Sunday's 125-106 victory over the Pacers.
Análisis
The 16 points were a season high for Rupert, who also chipped in a full stat line. With Ja Morant (elbow) out indefinitely, Rupert is slowly becoming a player for deep-league fantasy managers to consider. Over his past four contests, Rupert has averaged 9.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.3 assists in 27.2 minutes per game.
