Scheierman produced 10 points (3-8 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 13 rebounds and five assists over 29 minutes during Sunday's 111-89 loss to the Knicks.
Análisis
Scheierman returned to the starting lineup Sunday after coming off the bench Friday and posted double figures in both points and rebounds. His 13 boards marked a career high and his second career double-double, with the first coming in Wednesday's win over the Rockets. While he isn't a primary option for the Celtics, Scheierman has made the most of his opportunities as of late.

Sam Hauser (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest, so Scheierman will enter the Celtics' starting five for the seventh time this season (all of which have come since Jan. 12). Scheierman's last start was in Wednesday's 114-93 win over the Rockets, when he posted 15 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and one steal over 23 minutes in what was the first double-double of his two-year NBA career.

Scheierman posted 15 points (5-10 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds, four assists and one steal over 23 minutes during the Celtics' 114-93 win over the Rockets on Wednesday.
Análisis
Scheierman's 23 minutes Wednesday were his lowest as a starter since Jan. 12 against the Pacers (20). The second-year pro was effective while on the floor, finishing as the Celtics' fourth-leading scorer while recording a career-high in rebounds en route to the first double-double of his NBA career. Scheierman has started in each of Boston's last two games and could remain a starter if head coach Joe Mazulla opts to have Payton Pritchard remain in a reserve role after the Celtics traded Anfernee Simons to the Bulls on Tuesday in exchange for Nikola Vucevic.
