These Market Credit Terms (“Market Credit Terms”) govern your eligibility for and use of discount credits (“Credits”) made available as part of the Deposit Boost promotion (the “Promotion”) on Sorare.com. 

Your use of the Sorare.com platform is governed by the Sorare Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional Applicable Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here will have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions and/or additional Applicable Terms.

1. Eligibility for Credits  
   1. Promotion Period. The Promotion runs until August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CET (the “Promotion Period”).
   2. Eligibility Criteria. To be eligible to receive Credits under the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:

(i) have a valid Sorare User account, 

(ii) make a deposit of at least 100 in your preferred currency; and 

(iii) use at least 50 of that deposit to purchase Collectibles on the Sorare Football Primary Market through Auctions and/or Instant Buy. For example, if your Sorare account currency is EUR, you must deposit at least €100 and use at least €50 of that deposit on eligible purchases to qualify for Credits described herein.

3. First Eligible Deposit. The Promotion applies only to your first deposit of 100 or more in your preferred currency made during the Promotion Period. Each User may participate in the Promotion only once.
4. Use of Credits  
   1. Applicable Credits. Credits are a fifty percent (50%) discount on Sorare Football primary market Collectibles, up to fifty US Dollars ($50). Credits are available in all currencies supported by Sorare, with the $50 cap converted into the User’s preferred currency. For example, if a User applies the Credit to purchase a Collectible priced at USD $60, the Credit will provide a USD $30 discount, resulting in a final purchase price of USD $30. If a User applies the Credit to purchase a Collectible priced at USD $150, the maximum USD $50 discount will apply, resulting in a final purchase price of USD $100. 

2. Primary Marketplace. Credits can only be used to purchase eligible Collectibles on the Sorare.com Football Primary Market (i.e., Auctions and Instant Buy only). Credits may not be available for all scarcities and/or players’ Collectibles offered on Sorare.com; availability is subject to Sorare’s sole discretion. 
3. Expiration. Credits will expire  thirty (30)  days after they have been made available to the User (the “Expiration Date”).  If you fail to use all or part of your Credits before the Expiration Date, any unused Credits will expire and you will not be entitled to replacement Credits, compensation or other remuneration.
4. Restrictions. Credits are personal and non-transferable and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, ETH, any other digital asset or any other item on Sorare.com. Except where specified, Credits cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts that may be available on or offered by Sorare.com. Collectibles purchased using Credits may not be sold or traded on the Sorare.com Secondary Market for a minimum period of fourteen (14) days (“Ownership Change Delay”). Sorare reserves the right to extend this Ownership Change Delay at any time, and for any reason, in its sole discretion. 
5. Wallet Activation and KYC Requirements. Sorare, at its sole discretion, may require you to successfully activate the Cash Wallet powered by Mangopay and complete the KYC verification required by Mangopay within a specific timeframe. In the event that there is a KYC verification required, it will be indicated to you along with the corresponding timeframe in which to complete such KYC verification. 
6. Miscellaneous 
   1. Abuse and Fraud. In case of any actual, suspected or attempted violation of these Market Credit Terms and/or the Sorare Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the operation of multiple accounts or any fraudulent, abusive or manipulative activity in connection with the Promotion or Credits, Sorare reserves the right to:

(i) exclude the relevant User and/or User account(s) from the Promotion;

(ii) withhold, invalidate or cancel any Credits awarded or due to be awarded;

(iii) where appropriate, take action in respect of any Collectibles obtained through the use of Credits; and/or

(iv) take any other action in respect of the relevant User account(s) permitted under the Sorare Terms and Conditions,

without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Sorare.

2. Amendment. Sorare reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or these Market Credit Terms where reasonably necessary, including in the event of fraud, abuse, technical issues or circumstances beyond Sorare’s reasonable control. Any such change will not affect rights already acquired by Users, except where necessary to prevent fraud or abuse. By participating in the Promotion and/or using Credits awarded under the Promotion, you agree to these Market Credit Terms and the Sorare Terms and Conditions.
