Herro reached the 30-point plateau for the first time since Jan. 27 in a win over the Magic, and he finished just three rebounds and three assists away from recording a triple-double. The most consistent player on the Heat roster this season, Herro is averaging 23.6 points, 7.3 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 0.8 steals per game over his last 10 contests.

Analyse
The 25-year-old guard tied Bam Adebayo for the team scoring lead while coming up just short of his second career triple-double. Herro has taken on a much bigger distribution role for the Heat of late -- he's dished at least eight dimes in five of the last six games, averaging 22.0 points, 8.7 assists, 4.8 boards and 3.0 threes over that stretch to help make up for some shaky shooting (39.3 percent from the floor and 28.6 percent from long distance). While a Jimmy Butler trade could shake up Miami's rotation, Herro seems to be locking down the starting point guard job regardless of any potential roster additions.

Herro delivered a season-low 11 points while struggling to find his rhythm from beyond the arc. However, the 25-year-old did dish out eight assists in the victory. The All-Star has gone through a bit of a rough stretch shooting the rock over his last five outings, during which he has shot 40.2 percent from the field and 28.8 percent from three-point range. Herro has still averaged 21.8 points, 8.6 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 0.8 steals across 37.2 minutes per contest in that five-game span.
