Thursday's game will be the first of a back-to-back, so there's certainly a chance Nurkic will skip that one. If he does need a day off, there will be more minutes available for Taylor Hendricks, Kyle Filipowski and Kyle Anderson.

Nurkic continues to put up solid fantasy numbers as Utah's starting center. It's no secret that the Jazz are in the early stages of a rebuild, so it will be interesting to see if they entertain trade offers for the veteran ahead of the deadline. Through 20 regular-season games, Nurkic holds averages of 8.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.6 steals.

Analyse
While Nurkic has been doing a decent job operating as a playmaker and glass eater in Utah this season, he's also been struggling to impact other areas of the stat sheet, and he's been averaging a career-low 0.4 blocks per game. He's also committing a career-high 2.8 turnovers a night, to go with a career-worst free-throw percentage of 57.5 percent. Nurkic may not be worth the headache in standard fantasy leagues unless rebounds are a priority.
