Hits for team-high 23 in loss
Bane provided 23 points (9-19 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds and five assists over 38 minutes during Friday's 103-91 loss to the 76ers.
Analyse
The 23 points led the Magic, who were missing some key pieces in Jalen Suggs (knee) and both Franz Wagner (ankle) and Moritz Wagner (knee). Bane has scored in double digits in 11 of the last 12 games, averaging 20.2 points, 4.8 boards, 4.1 assists, 1.6 threes and 1.6 combined steals and blocks over that stretch, and Orlando will continue to lean on him for offense until the roster gets healthier.

Needs 14 shots to score nine points
Bane notched nine points (4-14 FG, 1-6 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and two steals over 35 minutes during Wednesday's 104-103 overtime victory over the Nets.
Analyse
Bane got himself into some early foul trouble, which played a role in going scoreless through the first half of action with just one shot attempt over 11 minutes. He didn't do much better over the second half, and despite the game going to overtime, Bane was held to single digits in the scoring department for just the fourth time this season.

Logs 15 points vs. Washington
Bane totaled 15 points (5-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), three assists and two rebounds over 24 minutes during the Magic's 120-112 loss to the Wizards on Tuesday.
Analyse
Bane and the rest of the Magic starters did not play in the fourth quarter while facing a 26-point deficit, as head coach Jamahl Mosley opted to stick with the bench during a furious comeback in the final frame that ultimately fell short. Bane's 24 minutes were his lowest since Nov. 4 against the Hawks (23 minutes), and the sixth-year pro, along with fellow starters Paolo Banchero, Tristan da Silva, Anthony Black and Wendell Carter, will look to bounce back in the second leg of the Magic's back-to-back set Wednesday against the Nets.
