Lands on IL with shoulder injury

The Dodgers placed Kelly on the 15-day injured list Saturday due to right shoulder inflammation.

Kelly was roughed up in Friday's game against the Diamondbacks, when he gave up two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out one over 1.2 innings. Kelly was previously sidelined for over two months due to a strained right shoulder, and it's unclear whether the 36-year-old's stint on the IL will be longer than the minimum window. Right-hander Ben Casparius was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City in a corresponding move.
