Not in Sunday's lineup
Doyle (quadricep) is not in the lineup Sunday against the Padres, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Analyse
Doyle will be on the bench for a third consecutive game while he contend with left quad tightness. Per MLB.com, Doyle has said that his condition is improving, but a move to the injured list could be in the forecast if he doesn't return to the lineup for Monday's game against the Dodgers. With Doyle out once again Sunday, the Rockies will roll out an outfield of Zac Veen, Mickey Moniak and Nick Martini from left to right in the series finale in San Diego.

Doyle is out of Saturday's lineup against the Padres due to a quadriceps injury, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

The team hopes the issue will resolve over the next couple of days, but Doyle could still be available out of the dugout as a pinch hitter in the meantime. He has started the season slashing .321/.357/.547 with seven runs scored, three home runs and 12 RBI across 56 plate appearances.
