Timeline & Phases

Phase 1 – ETH Migration to Base (mid-October 2025)

• All ETH balances are progressively migrated to Base, a Coinbase-backed Ethereum L2.
• ETH transactions settle transparently on Base.

Phase 2 – NFT Migration to Solana (late October 2025)

• Sorare cards are bridged as Solana NFTs with identical metadata.
• Each Sorare wallet maps seamlessly to a Solana address derived from the same private key. Sorare never has access to user keys.

Phase 3 – SOL Payments (late October to mid-November 2025)

• Sorare deploys a Solana Bank Contract.
• SOL becomes available for purchases, trades, and rewards alongside ETH.

Phase 4 – StarkEx Deprecation (date TBA)

• StarkEx contracts sunset.
• Any remaining ETH is migrated to Base; any NFTs left on StarkEx are bridged to Solana and claimable on login.
• Going forward: ETH on Base, NFTs on Solana, SOL as optional currency.
