With Common Essence you can buy:

• Atlantic: Celtics, Knicks, Raptors, Nets, 76ers
• Central: Cavs, Pacers, Bucks, Pistons, Bulls
• Southeast: Magic, Hawks, Heat, Hornets, Wizards
• Northwest: Thunder, Nuggets, Timberwolves, Trail Blazers, Jazz
• Pacific: Lakers, Clippers, Warriors, Kings, Suns
• Southwest: Rockets, Grizzlies, Mavs, Spurs, Pelicans

Meanwhile, you can use Gems- our premium currency- to purchase Elite Packs with higher chances to land star player cards:

• East: Atlantic, Central, Southeast
• West: Northwest, Pacific, Southwest
