Why is my match not covered in Sorare Football? What happens if the coverage is improved or reduced?

• If the coverage is improved or reduced before the start of a Game Week (going live), we will do our best to communicate this via Discord and @SorareSupport on Twitter
• If the coverage is improved after the start of a Game Week (going live), and we have the data, we will score the game
• If the coverage is reduced after the start of a Game Week, we will partially score the game based on the available data, including goals, assists, cards, clean sheets (goalkeepers) and starting/substitution points

What happens if my player has two games in the same Game Week?

If one of your Sorare cards/players has two (2) games in the same Game Week (e.g. one club game + one International game, or two club games), your player will take their highest points total (best score performance according to our scoring matrix) of those two (2) games for their Game Week player score.

What happens to a Sorare card if the player retires?

Retired players are available for collection, selling, and buying on the Secondary Market. They are no longer eligible for Sorare competitions as they will not play any more matches. We may create additional utility for them in the future.

It is also possible that other users or communities may create additional utility for Sorare's retired players. This is the beauty of Sorare's digital player cards. Freedom of utility and movement, with provable rarity and ownership.

How are player ages calculated for Sorare Football and Under 23 League?

This applies to all Sorare Football cards, and it determines eligibility for our Under 23 League (U23), where you can play with the Sorare cards of players whose real-life age is 23 years old or younger.

Europe: Age as of July 1st for the season beginning in that calendar year
Asia: Age as of January 1st for the season beginning in that calendar year
South America: Age as of July 1st for the season beginning in that calendar year
United States: Age as of January 1st for the season beginning in that calendar year
