Making another start
Munoz is scheduled to start Thursday's game against the Mets, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Analysis
The right-hander was called up to start Saturday against the Guardians and will receive a second turn through the rotation. Munoz gave up four runs over four innings during that outing and has a 5.95 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 22:11 K:BB over 19.2 frames in his four starts for the Marlins this year.

Struggles versus Guardians
Munoz (1-2) allowed four runs on five hits and four walks while striking out three over four-plus innings to take the loss versus the Guardians on Saturday.
Analysis
Munoz made his first big-league appearance in over a month, but he didn't pitch particularly well. He allowed a solo home run to Jose Ramirez in the first inning, and Steven Kwan's two-run blast in the fifth ended Munoz's outing. Through 19.2 innings, the rookie right-hander has a 5.95 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 22:11 K:BB. It's unclear if Munoz will stay in the rotation, but the Marlins have lost Sixto Sanchez (shoulder) and Ryan Weathers (finger) in June, so they will need to dip into their starting depth.

Officially promoted
The Marlins recalled Munoz from Triple-A Jacksonville on Saturday to start against the Guardians.
Analysis
The 24-year-old righty will come up from the minors to fill the open rotation spot created by Sixto Sanchez's (shoulder) move to the injured list. Munoz has started three games for the Marlins already this year, posting a 5.17 ERA and 1.21 WHIP alongside a 19:7 K:BB through 15.2 innings. Until he is able to turn in consistent success in the majors, he is not a recommended fantasy option.
