Miller (6-6) allowed six runs on six hits and a walk over four innings Sunday, striking out three and taking a loss against the Marlins.
Analysis
Miami jumped on Miller early with a four-run first inning. He gave up another run in the second before Jesus Sanchez scored the Marlins' final run with a solo shot in the third. Miller has allowed 15 earned runs in five starts this month, resulting in a 4.88 ERA. Two of those outings have accounted for 13 of the runs. Miller has produced a 4.89 ERA since the start of May, driving his season mark up to 3.90. He's currently in line for a home matchup with the Twins next weekend.

Miller (6-5) earned the win Tuesday against the Guardians, allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits and two walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out two.
Analysis
It was another solid outing from Miller, who's now allowed just two earned runs over 12.2 innings in his last two starts. While he's been inconsistent at times this year, the 25-year-old Miller has turned in a respectable 3.46 ERA with a 1.01 WHIP and 82:26 K:BB across 15 starts (88.1 innings). Miller will look to keep rolling in his next outing, currently lined up for this weekend in Miami.
