My deposit is taking longer than expected

If you made a bank wire deposit to your Cash Wallet, it can take up to 3-5 working business days, depending on your bank. 

If you still have not received it after 5 working business days, please submit a ticket with a proof of payment so our Support team can take a look. 

Please note that credit card deposits can take up to a few hours to reflect in your cash wallet. 

Withdrawal and deposits statues

Pending:  Your operation is getting reviewed in the fraud queue and should appear as confirmed soon. If this state lasts for more than 48-72 hours, please submit a ticket.

Confirmed:  Your operation is confirmed, and your money should be with you soon! Please wait 24-48 hours before submitting a ticket.
