We’re introducing a new series, “The Rundown”. Similar to Pitch Notes and the Court Report, we’ll use this blog to share the latest Sorare: MLB quality of life updates. 

After last week’s infrastructure updates, we’ve been hard at work to deliver some widely requested quality of life improvements & smash bugs. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve shipped over the last few weeks:

• 🚆 Training Update: With the new infrastructure comes a highly requested change to Training, for a full breakdown on the new training methodology, read here. 

• 🏆 Gameplay Update: Read up on our new Special Weeklies and Month Long Competitions here!

• 🪙 Updated Coins Rewards Return to Classic Competitions: Starting Game Week 16, Coin Rewards will once again be rewarded in Classic competitions

• 🪲 Bug Fixes: With our latest infrastructure changes came a slew of bugs, most of which have been resolved.Thank you for your patience and vigilance as we continue to navigate this transition. Here are a few that have been fixed:
  • 🆔 KYC for ETH: Managers are no longer asked to KYC when claiming their ETH rewards
  • 🛍️ Marketplace Listings: All listings are now visible on the Marketplace
  • ⚾ Majors Not Showing: Managers who have not played in a Limited Tournament can now see the Majors competition once again
  • 🃏 Collections Bonus XP reflected correctly: Cards now reflect the correct xp when setting lineups 
  • 📱Mobile Bugs fix in Progress: Mobile Bugs, including instant buy not working will be fixed in the newest app update slotted for early next week
