Porter delivered a bounce-back performance after totaling five points and shooting 2-for-14 from the field in his previous two outings. The 26-year-old forward still appears to be dealing with a sprained left shoulder. He received a lidocaine injection before Game 6 and plans to take another before Game 7, per Brendan Vogt of TheDNVR.com. The sharpshooter may not be at 100 percent, but the club will likely need him to help space the floor in Sunday's Game 7.

Porter has been held to single-digit scoring in four of the five games in this series. After a 21-point performance in Game 3, during which he knocked down five three-pointers, the 26-year-old has missed his last ten attempts from beyond the arc across Games 4 and 5. Porter's shoulder injury is certainly a factor in his recent struggles, but the Nuggets need him to regain form in order to stave off elimination.

Porter finished Friday's 113-104 overtime win over Oklahoma City in Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals with 21 points (7-10 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds and one assist over 42 minutes.

Porter played through his shoulder injury, connecting on five triples en route to 21 points, the most he has scored in the postseason. With Nikola Jokic struggling, Porter was able to take on more responsibility, along with Jamal Murray. Although he is still clearly limited by the injury, there is no indication Porter will miss time moving forward.
