Daniels didn't have the most efficient night (particularly from beyond the arc), but the third-year guard did a little bit of everything else and finished second on the Hawks in both rebounds and assists behind Mouhamed Gueye (18) and Trae Young (10), respectively. Daniels has emerged as a pillar for the Hawks' future and is averaging 14.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and a league-high 3.0 steals over 33.8 minutes per game this season.

Daniels continued his breakout season, falling agonizingly short of his first triple-double. His three steals took him to 226 for the season, the most recorded by any player this century. Despite what has been a somewhat disappointing season for the Hawks, their future is bright. They have an intriguing young core featuring Trae Young, Onyeka Okongwu, Jalen Johnson, Zaccharie Risacher, and of course, Daniels.

Analiz
Onyeka Okongwu and Trae Young led the way for the Hawks in this tight loss, but Daniels' contributions were also impressive from a fantasy perspective, as he filled the stat sheet admirably. That's been a common occurrence for him, though, with Daniels recording at least one tally in each of the five major categories in 33 different games this season. An absolute stud in category-based leagues, Daniels is averaging 15.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 3.1 steals and 0.5 blocks per game since the All-Star break.
