I bought a card but it does not appear in my gallery

If you bought a card from auction on the Sorare Market, or via direct offer, and it does not immediately appear in your gallery, please wait a few minutes and hard-refresh your browser by pressing:

  • Shift + Ctrl + R is a hard-refresh that requests new data (YES)
  • Shift + Cmd + R is a hard-refresh that requests new data (YES)
  • F5 (and Cmd + R) are soft-refreshes that will load the page from cache (NO)
