Second straight double-double
Diabate supplied 13 points (5-7 FG, 3-4 FT), 11 rebounds and five assists across 33 minutes during Saturday's 109-93 victory over Portland.
Analysis
The fourth-year center recorded his second straight double-double and his 16th of the season. Diabate was suspended for four games in February, and his production when he was on the court was very matchup-dependent -- over seven appearances on the month, he averaged just 8.0 points, 10.1 boards and 3.1 assists in 28.9 minutes.

Enjoys strong all-around night
Diabate had 14 points (7-8 FG), 11 rebounds, four assists and two steals in 30 minutes during Thursday's 133-109 win over the Pacers.
Analysis
Diabate powered his way to his second double-double in six February appearances. He led the Hornets in rebounds and also contributed defensively by accounting for two of Charlotte's 10 steals. Diabate continues to offer solid production across the board as the squad's starting center.

Makes return from suspension
Diabate finished Tuesday's 131-99 win over the Bulls with nine points (4-4 FG, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, five assists, three blocks and three steals in 31 minutes.
Analysis
Diabate played his first game since Feb. 9 after serving a four-game suspension for an altercation with the Pistons, and he didn't miss a beat. After playing 31 minutes in a massive win, it's safe to assume Diabate maintains a grip on the starting center role in Charlotte.
