Head coach Billy Donovan said Saturday that Ball's recovery from a right wrist sprain is not going well, but the team has not shut him down for the remainder of the season, Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Analysis
Ball didn't join the team in Houston on Saturday for the start of its six-game road trip, and given Donovan's comments, the veteran guard can probably be ruled out for the final five contests of the trip.
