Another productive showing Monday
Maluach finished with 21 points (5-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one steal and four blocks across 27 minutes in Monday's 95-88 Summer League win over the Bucks.
Analysis
Maluach had another dominant performance Monday, recording his third double-double in as many games. The 2025 No. 10 overall pick out of Duke appeared in 46 regular-season games for the Suns during the 2025-26 campaign, averaging 3.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 0.1 assists, 0.7 blocks and 0.1 steals over 8.9 minutes. Maluach is still young, so he has more work to do to develop his game. However, with Mark Williams having trouble staying healthy over the years, it wouldn't be surprising to see Maluach make some starts in 2026-27. Even if he doesn't, it's still reasonable to believe he will be more productive than he was during his inaugural season.

Hauls in 15 boards vs. NOLA
Maluach recorded 15 points (5-9 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 15 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 28 minutes during the Suns' 81-75 Summer League loss to the Pelicans on Sunday.
Analysis
It was the second double-double in as many Summer League games for Maluach, who hauled in 15 of the Suns' 41 rebounds while finishing as the team's second-leading scorer behind Darius Brown (18 points). Maluach was a first-round pick of the Suns in the 2025 NBA Draft but averaged just 8.9 minutes per game in his rookie season. He figures to enter training camp competing with Oso Ighodaro for backup minutes at center behind Mark Williams (foot).

Records double-double Friday
Maluach finished with 19 points (7-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 11 rebounds, two steals and one block across 26 minutes in Friday's 81-79 Summer League win over Portland.
Analysis
Maluach had a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double to begin his time in Las Vegas. He was efficient from deep, though he had trouble taking care of the ball and committed a game-high seven turnovers. The 2025 No. 10 overall pick appeared in 46 regular-season games for Phoenix during the 2025-26 campaign, finishing with averages of 3.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 0.1 assists, 0.7 blocks and 0.1 steals over 8.9 minutes. Maluach is currently listed behind Mark Williams and Oso Ighodaro on the depth chart, but he will likely need to clean up some things before earning consistent minutes for the Suns in 2026-27.
