Won't suit up Tuesday
Tatum (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Brooklyn, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
Analysis
Tatum will miss his second outing over the club's last five due to right knee tendinopathy. The superstar forward's next chance to play will come Friday against Utah. Al Horford and Sam Hauser will likely see increased roles due to Tatum and Jaylen Brown (back) being sidelined.

Iffy for Tuesday
Tatum (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Nets, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Analysis
As the playoffs draw closer, maintenance days could be on the table more often for Tatum. While Tatum is iffy, Jaylen Brown (knee) has already been ruled out. After Tuesday's game, the Celtics will be off until Friday against the Jazz.

Teases triple-double Saturday
Tatum (knee) closed Saturday's 115-113 win over the Nets with 20 points (8-19 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds and eight assists over 36 minutes.
Analysis
Tatum teased what could've been his third triple-double of the season Saturday, and he struggled to shoot the ball from beyond the arc. The Celtics have been frequently listing Tatum with a right knee issue on the injury report of late, which is something fantasy managers should monitor as the team looks to preserve the All-Star forward for the postseason. Tatum has averaged 27.6 points, 9.0 rebounds, 7.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 3.5 three-pointers in 37.7 minutes across 11 games since the All-Star break.

Good to go against Brooklyn
Tatum (knee) is available for Saturday's game versus the Nets.
Analysis
Tatum has been downgraded from questionable to available Saturday despite dealing with a right knee issue. Tatum has averaged 28.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 7.2 assists in 37.8 minutes across his last 10 outings.

Iffy for Saturday
Tatum is listed as questionable for Saturday's game versus the Nets due to right knee tendinopathy, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
Analysis
Tatum is in danger of missing Saturday's contest after logging 37 minutes in the first leg of Boston's back-to-back against Miami. If Tatum is ultimately forced to sit out due to his knee issue, Sam Hauser will likely receive increased playing time.

Scores 28 despite shooting woes
Tatum notched 28 points (8-21 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 7-7 FT), four rebounds, five assists and one steal across 37 minutes during Friday's 103-91 victory over the Heat.
Analysis
Tatum was sharp from three-point range, but he went only 3-for-9 on two-point shots, and this wasn't his most efficient outing. Still, the star forward is able to make things happen even when he's not at his best, and in a way, that's the true definition of being a superstar player. The numbers back Tatum up, and it's been proven time and time again that he's able to put up excellent stat lines even when he struggles with efficiency. He's averaging 30.4 points, 8.4 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game in five outings since the beginning of March.

Cleared to play Friday
Tatum (knee) is available to play in Friday's game against the Heat, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Analysis
Tatum will shake off a questionable tag due to the lingering right knee injury and suit up Friday. However, it's possible that the Celtics will choose to hold him out of the second leg of their back-to-back set during Saturday's matchup against the Nets. Tatum has played in three of the club's last five outings, during which he has averaged 36.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 5.0 three-pointers and 1.7 steals across 39.0 minutes per contest.

Iffy to play Friday
Tatum is listed as questionable for Friday's game against Miami due to right knee tendinopathy, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Analysis
Tatum was held out of Monday's win against the Jazz due to the same issue. He returned Wednesday against the Thunder and played 41 minutes while logging with 33 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. Tatum has missed two of the Celtics' last five games due to shoulder and knee injuries, and the All-NBA forward's playing time could be managed as Boston gears up for its NBA title defense.

Flirts with triple-double in return
Tatum (knee) provided 33 points (12-23 FG, 4-13 3Pt, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds and eight assists over 41 minutes during Wednesday's 118-112 loss to the Thunder.
Analysis
After missing Monday's game against Utah with right knee tendinopathy, Tatum recorded his 26th game of the season with at least 30 points while flirting with what could've been his third triple-double of the campaign. The All-Star forward has averaged 28.4 points, 9.7 rebounds, 7.4 assists, 0.9 steals and 3.6 three-pointers in 38.0 minutes over nine games since the All-Star break. With the 47-19 Celtics appearing unlikely to catch the East-leading Cavaliers for the top seed in the conference, it wouldn't be surprising to see Boston continue to monitor Tatum's knee down the stretch.

Ready to go Wednesday
Tatum (knee) is available for Wednesday's game against the Thunder, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Analysis
Tatum has been dealing with right knee tendinopathy, but after sitting Monday's game against the Jazz, he's ready to play here and should handle his regular workload. The star forward is averaging 27.9 points per game since the All-Star break and has reached the 35-point plateau in three of his last four contests.
