Barlow is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Pistons, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports.
Analysis
Barlow will play off the bench for the first time since Jan. 29, as the Sixers have elected to go with Kelly Oubre and Paul George at the forward spots. Barlow is averaging 5.9 points and 4.1 rebounds per game when deployed off the bench this season, but he's been a regular starter throughout the campaign -- he's been part of the second unit in just seven of his 66 regular-season appearances in 2025-26.

Barlow finished with seven points (3-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and three blocks in 26 minutes during Friday's 115-103 victory over the Timberwolves.
Analysis
Barlow grabbed double-digit rebounds for just the fourth time this season and also matched his season high in blocks. Although these numbers almost certainly helped fantasy managers, the excitement levels should remain tempered. In seven games over the past two weeks, he has averaged just 4.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 18.8 minutes per game.
