Whitehead will provide Memphis with depth down the stretch of the regular season as the club limps to the finish line. The 21-year-old appeared in 34 games this season with the G League's Oklahoma City Blue, and he averaged 11.1 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 23.4 minutes per contest.
