Struggles in Game 4 loss
Cunningham produced 25 points (7-23 FG, 3-11 3Pt, 8-10 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and two blocks in 39 minutes during Monday's 94-88 loss to the Magic in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Analysis
The No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference is now staring at a 3-1 series deficit. Cunningham's counting stats have been terrific with 29.5 points, 7.5 assists and 6.3 rebounds, but he's also averaging 6.8 turnovers while shooting 42.4 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Leads all scorers in Game 3 loss
Cunningham accumulated 27 points (8-23 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 8-9 FT), five rebounds and nine assists over 41 minutes during Saturday's 113-105 loss to Orlando in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Analysis
The 27 points led all scorers on the afternoon, but Cunningham didn't get enough help from his teammates to come away with a road win. The fifth-year guard has delivered at least 27 points in all three games of the series so far, averaging 31.0 points, 8.0 assists, 5.3 boards and 2.3 threes in 39.3 minutes, but he may need to find another gear in Game 4 on Monday to avoid heading back to Detroit staring at a 3-1 deficit.

Powers Detroit to victory
Cunningham contributed 27 points (11-19 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 4-8 FT), 11 assists, six rebounds, one block and one steal across 37 minutes in Wednesday's 98-83 Game 2 win over the Magic in the first round of the playoffs.
Analysis
After dropping 39 points in Sunday's Game 1 loss, Cunningham put together another strong offensive showing, though he did struggle from three-point range and at the charity stripe. Still, the star point guard led all players in points and assists while chipping in two combined steals-plus-blocks. Cunningham and the Pistons will now aim to take their first lead of the series in Saturday's Game 3 in Orlando.
