Breakout performance in win
Andujar went 3-for-4 with an RBI single, a two-run double, a walk and a run in a win over the Orioles on Saturday.
Analysis
Andujar didn't join several of his teammates in the Athletics' long-ball barrage, but he did plenty of damage with his pair of knocks. The hot-hitting veteran's trio of RBI came when Oakland already owned a commanding lead, as his fourth-inning single drove home Brett Harris to extend the lead to 14-1, and he tacked on two more runs to the advantage with his sixth-inning double. The multi-hit effort, Andujar's first since June 26, pushed his average back over the .300 mark (.304), and he's now driven in five runs over the last three games following a 12-game RBI drought.

Andujar went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Orioles on Friday.
Analysis
Andujar had last left the yard way back on June 1, but he ended a 28-game power drought with a 402-foot shot in the first to quickly erase a 1-0 deficit. The veteran has now hit safely in three straight games, and Friday's homer coaxed his slugging percentage back over the .400 mark (.403).

Analysis
Andujar's third-inning single plated Brett Harris with the Athletics' first run of the afternoon. The timely knock marked the eighth time in the last 10 games Andujar has reached safely, helping keep his average at an impressive .293 despite some cooling off following a blistering start to the season. The veteran has flashed average pop -- only nine of his 41 hits have gone for extra bases -- but his modest 14.3 percent strikeout rate continues to give him plenty of opportunities to have the ball drop in.
