On bench versus lefty
Wade is not in the Giants' lineup Tuesday against the Brewers.
Analysis
Wade will get some rest Tuesday as the Brewers send lefty Jose Quintana to the mound. The first baseman started off the series against the Brewers on Monday going 1-for-3 with a walk. With the 31-year-old on the bench, David Villar has the start at first base and is batting seventh.

The 31-year-old started Friday against Halos lefty Tyler Anderson after Casey Schmitt (oblique) was scratched from the lineup, marking Wade's first start of the season versus a southpaw.
