Hopes to be back on field soon
Rojas (toe) hopes to be back on the field in 3-to-4 days after working out and riding a stationary bike Wednesday, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Analysis
It's not clear whether returning to a field means resuming baseball activities or playing in games. Rojas is dealing with a hairline fracture in his right big toe, but it's a pain tolerance issue so it's possible he will be able to avoid the injured list. If healthy, Rojas projects to be the White Sox's primary second baseman against right-handed pitching.

Recovering from big toe fracture
White Sox manager Will Venable said Monday that Rojas has been diagnosed with a hairline fracture in his right big toe, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
Analysis
Rojas suffered the injury during Saturday's Cactus League game against the Rockies. Venable was unwilling to rule Rojas out for Opening Day, as the skipper described the injury as a pain-tolerance situation that the 30-year-old infielder might be able to play through. If Rojas begins the season on the injured list, the White Sox would have room on the roster for an extra infielder such as Brooks Baldwin, Bryan Ramos, Jacob Amaya or Brandon Drury.

Exits game with big toe injury
Rojas left in the forth inning of Saturday's spring game against Colorado due to soreness in his right big toe.
Analysis
Rojas went 0-for-2 before being replaced by Jordan Sprinkle at third base. An update on Rojas' injury should be made once he undergoes further testing. Rojas had gone 10-for-30 with two walks, two RBI and six runs scored in spring training heading into Saturday's game.
