Rocchio smashed a two-run homer into the second deck in left field to give the Guardians a 2-0 lead. The everyday shortstop for Cleveland struggled in June with a .595 OPS, but he's off to a strong start in July with two homers and a .925 OPS in seven games.

Analysis
Rocchio played the hero Thursday, delivering a walk-off, two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning. It was the second walk-off blast of his career, with the other coming in Game 162 last year as the Guardians celebrated winning the AL Central title. Rocchio, who has hit safely in eight consecutive starts, is slashing .269/.342/.392 with six home runs, 37 RBI and 35 runs over 85 contests this season.
