Facing multi-week absence
Pirates general manager Ben Cherington said Sunday that O'Hearn's right quadriceps strain is considered "moderate" and will likely keep him on the injured list for around four weeks, Danny Demilio of PittsburghBaseballNow.com reports.

The 32-year-old sustained the injury during Saturday's 6-0 loss to the Phillies and is poised to be sidelined into mid-June. O'Hearn exited Saturday's contest due to right quadriceps discomfort and will now be sidelined until at least the middle of next week after being diagnosed with a strain.
