How to activate my Cash Wallet
To activate your Cash Wallet, please follow these steps:
- Provide basic information like your country of residence, nationality, full name, email, and date of birth

Choose your preferred currency for your case wallet
- Remember, your currency selection will be locked, and you won't be able to change it. This affects fees you may be charged by your bank, how card prices are displayed, and the currency you receive for Manager Sales and rewards.
After this, you will be able to list cards for Cash for the sales of your player cards.
To enable withdrawals, deposits, and rewards claiming, you will need to upload a government-issues ID. Generally, accepted forms of ID are:
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Government ID
- Residence Permit

ID verification may take up to 24 hours for approval but usually takes 5-10 minutes on average.
- Perform Mangopay’s Strong Customer Authentication processIt, which is a form of multi-factor authentication (2FA).

If so, the enabling of withdrawals, deposits and reward claiming from your Cash Wallet will solely require that you go through Mangopay’s Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
