Limited to start camp

Hawks general manager Landry Fields said Monday that Lundy (ankle) will be limited to begin training camp this week, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

Lundy underwent surgery to remove a bone spur from his left ankle during the offseason and was expected to be ready for camp, but his progress has been a little slower than expected. Fields did say that Lundy is trending in the right direction, but the Hawks aren't going to push him at less than 100 percent. Lundy is on a two-way contract this season and will likely spend most of his time in the G League.
