Originally, Arena was only planned to be live for two Game Weeks—a short test before being reworked and eventually reintroduced next season. But your excitement changed that. We’ve decided to keep the mode live until the end of the European season (Game Week 82, May 23–27 included), across all remaining weekend Game Weeks. This also gives us the opportunity to take more learnings ahead of the next European season. 

🆕 And there is more, next Game Week (GW 80, May 16- 20th), we’re also testing a Super Rare Arena.

You’ll be able to compete using your Super Rare cards, and Unique cards are also eligible ( without any scarcity bonus). This test will run for one Game Week. To enter, you’ll need 10 Super Rare Essence, and the prize pool will be similar to those in the Limited and Rare Arenas.

💰 Golden Arenas Reminder:

Once the Game Week begins, you might land in a Golden Arena, where the first Manager out of 10 wins 200 Essence. There will be:

• 75 Golden Arenas in Limited
  
• 20 in Rare
  
• 2 in Super Rare

⏲️ Temporary Essence Cap Increase

To give everyone a chance to fully benefit from their Arena victories, we’re extending the temporary total Essence cap of 900 for Limited and Rare until the end of the month. The cap will return to 650 on Friday, May 30 at 4 PM CET, three days after the last Arena results.
