Analyse
Edgecombe continues to produce as a clear-cut starter in the 76ers' backcourt despite being a rookie, and the former Baylor standout left his mark on both ends of the court Sunday. This was his first double-double since a 19-point, 10-rebound effort against the Lakers on Feb. 5, and he's surpassed the 15-point mark in eight of his 11 contests since the All-Star break. Over that stretch, Edgecombe is averaging a solid line of 17.6 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.

Analyse
After a three-game absence due to a lumbar contusion, Edgecombe was cleared to suit up and didn't operate with a minutes restriction. Edgecombe's return was especially timely after Tyrese Maxey was diagnosed Tuesday with a tendon injury to his pinky finger, which will keep him out for at least the next three weeks. Edgecombe showed some rust from beyond the arc, but he still posted 20-plus points for the fifth time in eight appearaces since the All-Star break. Edgecombe will need to take on a larger role moving forward in the absences of Maxey, Paul George (suspension) and Joel Embiid (oblique).

Edgecombe will shed his questionable tag and return from a three-game absence due to a lumbar contusion. The rookie first-rounder will likely operate in more of an on-ball role Tuesday with Tyrese Maxey (finger) sidelined. Over seven appearances since the All-Star break, Edgecombe has averaged 18.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.4 steals in 33.6 minutes per game.
