Questionable to play Saturday
Santos (knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Bulls, John Dickinson of 95.7 The Game San Francisco reports.
Analyse
Santos was unable to play in Thursday's 120-112 loss to the Lakers due to left patella tendinitis, and the injury has put him in jeopardy of missing Saturday's contest. Santos has averaged 5.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists over 16.7 minutes per game since the beginning of January. Still, it's unclear how his role in the Warriors' rotation will change following Golden State's acquisition of Jimmy Butler on Wednesday.

After sitting out the entire second half of Wednesday's 131-128 loss to the Jazz due to left patella tendinitis, Santos had been listed as questionable for Thursday's contest. The Warriors ultimately downgraded him to out shortly before the opening tip, but Santos doesn't look as though he'll be headed for a long-term absence. Santos could be ready to go for the Warriors' next game Saturday in Chicago, but he may not be included in the rotation with Golden State expected to have the newly acquired Jimmy Butler available for that contest.

Santos sat out the second half of Wednesday's loss to Utah with this injury, but he's considered day-to-day. With Jimmy Butler not available to make his Golden State debut, Pat Spencer and Jackson Rowe could pick up a few minutes if Santos can't give it a go.
