Sorare Pro Global Cup: More than $150K* Total Cash** Prize
Summer 2026 is going to be massive. The world’s best players will battle it out on football’s most prestigious stage, and of course, the fun and excitement live on Sorare too.
Here’s everything you need to know about this Summer’s gameplay.
In-Season
Running across June and July, the Global Cup offers tailored gameplay across every scarcity, XP, Sorare 27 Essence and more than $150K* in total cash** prizes up for grabs.
- Limited and Rare Managers will play dedicated Hot Streak boards throughout the event.
- Super Rare and Unique Managers will compete on their own Leaderboards.
And that’s not all, the Global Cup In-Season is also your chance to win Limited and Rare Sorare 2027 Essence.
As you know, Essence 2026 will convert to Sorare 27 using a degressive conversion system (more details in this blog). The Limited and Rare In-Season Global Cup Hot Streaks are your chance to win a head start on Sorare 27: the rewarded Essence doesn’t get converted, and will let you craft new-season cards early on Sorare 27.
Limited & Rare — Hot Streak Boards
4 Levels. Sorare 27 Essence. And a big shared prize for the elite who finish the streak.
- Play lineups with a minimum of 4 In-Season cards, and 1 Classic card allowed.
- Two boards across two windows during the Global Cup:
- Group Stage: June 11 – June 27
- Knockout Stage: June 28 – July 19
Below are the rewards for each board in Limited and Rare for the Group Stage.
Anytime Entry
These boards run on Anytime Entry: play when you want, wait for official lineups if you prefer, add or edit your team as long as your first player hasn’t played yet, and win multiple times a day. No limits, live the thrill of the Global Cup on every game.
For each level, you have 3 lives to succeed, meaning up to 3 lineup attempts to hit the target and move on to the next level.
Note: If you finish the streak and win your share of the big prize, you’re not blocked. You can play the board again, keep grinding rewards, and potentially win multiple shares of the shared cash** prize pool.

The Knockout Stage boards will be revealed closer to the start, with targets and rewards adapted to reflect fewer matches and fiercer competition but we can already confirm there will also be Sorare 27 Essence and that the final-step shared prize pool: $20K** in Limited, $10K** in Rare.
International Edition Special Edition Cards
To maximize player coverage during the Global Cup, we’ve secured some exciting new partnerships and are launching the International Edition Special Edition cards available for 21 countries for players with Sorare 26 supply remaining.
International Special Edition cards are not required to enter any of the In-Season competitions, but they’ll give you a scoring bonus to help you hit your Hot Streak targets on the Limited and Rare boards.
- Scoring bonus: +30% (applies to Limited and Rare International Special Edition cards only, and only on the Global Cup In-Season boards)
- No scoring bonus applies to Super Rare or Unique International Special Edition cards.
The Hot Streak targets have been designed to be achievable without any scoring bonus. The bonus is simply an extra help for Managers who want to collect International Edition cards, which are mostly available on lower-tier players, with only a very limited number of Star cards in circulation. Think of them as a complement to your roster: your regular In-Season cards have built up strong XP and Collection bonuses, while these new collectibles bring a strong scoring bonus to help you climb the streaks.
Drops
The first wave of cards is already on the market, a mix of players confirmed via official squad lists and those expected to feature for their nations this summer.
Grab cards from the best players in the world to stack the scoring boost and climb the streaks faster.
A quick heads-up: not every player with an International Special Edition card is guaranteed to take part this summer. On top of officially confirmed call-ups, we’ve included players we expect to make their nation’s final squad, but if you’d prefer, wait for the official announcements.
As soon as other official squads are confirmed, additional drops will land on the market across all the following 21 countries (subject to remaining supply).

International Special Edition cards will be available for the following countries (subject to remaining supply):

For each country,(except England, due to insufficient supply) one player gets the extra treatment: an exclusive flag pose, proudly carrying their nation’s colors. A true collectible. Please note that the scoring bonus applies to every International Special Edition card, not only the flag poses.
Crafting
International Special Edition cards will become available in the Craft when the competition officially kicks-off, on Thursday June 11th. Exact time to be announced.
Essence won on the Global Cup Hot Streak boards has a special flavor dedicated to this summer’s competition. Craft with it, and you’ll pull players eligible for the Global Cup, either International Special Edition or regular In-Season. Once the competition ends, this Essence rolls over to All-Star Sorare 27 Essence. 1:1, no decrease, as mentioned.
Post Global Cup Utility
These Special Edition cards will remain playable on Sorare after the Global Cup competitions without the scoring bonus:
- At the end of the Global Cup, International Special Edition Cards of MLS or K League players will keep their In-Season status until the end of those leagues and remain playable in the MLS and K League competitions.
- All other cards will become Classic cards at the end of the Global Cup, with standard Classic card utility.
A card’s status is locked on July 20, based on the player’s league at that date, future transfers won’t change it. Only International Edition cards of players in the MLS or K-League on July 20 will keep their In-Season status through the end of the year.
Super Rare & Unique — Leaderboards
Super Rare and Unique Managers will compete across 7 tailored Game Weeks.
- Top cash** prizes: during the first 4 Game Weeks, 1st place takes home anywhere from $1,500 (full Super Rare lineup) to $7,500 (full Unique In-Season lineup).
- Same In-Season & Classic card rules as standard In-Season gameplay: play up to 2 Unique Classic cards in your lineup, OR 1 Super Rare Classic + 1 Unique Classic, OR 1 Super Rare Classic alongside In-Season cards.
- Unique Reward bonus: 80% per In-Season Unique card, 20% per Classic Unique card.

The Game Week before the start of the Global Cup will run from Friday, June 5, 4:00 PM to Thursday, June 11, 4:00 PM.

Classic Gameplay
All-Star and U23 are paused for the duration of the Global Cup, replaced by a special Classic Global Cup competition. All-Star returns when the K League resumes in July.
- Enter up to 4 lineups per scarcity.
- Same tailored Game Week calendar as described above.
- Compete on the leaderboards for 2026 All-Star Essence.

Scouting Center Upgrade
You can now filter the Scouting Center by international games. This lets you scout with precision: your scouting data (L10, stats, etc.) will only reflect the international games played by each player.
