Whether you’re a seasoned Manager or new to Sorare, Daily Hoops offers a dynamic and evolving experience that will test your strategic skills and keep the NBA action alive, day in and day out.

Overview

Daily Hoops is a game-changing addition to Sorare NBA, offering competitions that run every 24 hours. Each day, you’ll face a new challenge with distinctive lineup-building rules, keeping you on your toes.

Key Features 

Gameplay 

Daily Gameplay will bring the same intensity and excitement as the stars do every night. Managers will submit one lineup per scarcity, each consisting of 5 Cards. Each lineup will adhere to a 120 points cap + MVP unless stated otherwise in the rules. You’ll build lineups using players in the day’s slate of games.

Managers can start submitting their lineups when the Game Day opens, and the faster you submit, the better in case of a tie. Competition rules will be revealed each day. There’s no advance notice of what the competition will be – it’s designed to be a daily surprise to keep things exciting! 

Last season in Pro, we ran Special Weeklies each Game Week where we changed to the scoring format, player eligibility, and more. We’re taking that concept and bringing it to you on a daily basis. One day you may be running a Pure Play lineup, the next could be Dishing Dimes. We’ll really lean into new rules, so keep your gallery fresh to meet the challenge!

After the last game, the results are calculated. Rewards are distributed, a new competition is revealed the next day, and the fun begins again. 

Every day brings something new to keep you engaged and on your toes. Competitions will run at all 5 scarcities: Common, Limited, Rare, Super Rare, and Unique

Player Lock

Each card comes with its own individual lock—meaning if Donovan Mitchell’s game tips off at 8 PM, you’ll have until just before to lock him into your lineup, but if Jokic plays at 10 PM you’ll have until then to swap him out. 

Note that if a Card is used in a Daily Hoops lineup, it cannot be used simultaneously in a Pro lineup and vice versa. Managers will have the option to cancel a lineup by using a Pro Card in another competition if they so choose.

No Card Requirements & No Multi-Entry

To start the season, there will be no In-Season Card requirements for Daily Hoops. Every Card from every season will have daily utility! There will also be no multi-entry; one lineup, one shot to get in the rewards. 

Daily Rewards

To start, Daily Hoops will reward exclusively Reward Boxes that contain Essence and Market Credits. Stay tuned for our prize pool break down this week to learn more.

Pickup: The Gateway to Sorare NBA

The introduction of Daily Hoops allows us to onboard Managers every single day. Now you no longer have to wait a full Game Week to show your friend the magic of Sorare NBA. 

Pickup is the ideal starting point for new Managers diving into the world of Sorare NBA. Exclusively designed for new Managers, Pickup offers a friendly and accessible way to experience the game firsthand.

With Pickup, new Managers get to explore gameplay, sharpen strategy, and build skills in a competitive but beginner-friendly environment. Once a Manager wins enough Common Cards, or buys a Pro Card they’ll complete Pickup and unlock the full Daily Hoops experience. This means that all current Pro Card owners will skip Pickup and unlock the full fun of Daily Hoops on day one.
