We’re excited to announce the expansion of the Instant Buy feature to include Rare cards, across all sports – Sorare Football, Sorare NBA,  and Sorare MLB. As of today, Sorare Managers can enjoy the convenience of Instant Buy for Rare cards, on Web, Android, and IOS platforms. Please note that, currently, not all players are available on the iOS app, but anticipate the full rollout of those players on iOS devices soon, ensuring all managers have access to this valuable tool for optimizing their teams.

Building upon the success of Instant Buy for Limited cards

 
Five months ago, we introduced the Instant Buy feature for Limited cards on our marketplace, marking a significant milestone in providing our Sorare Managers with an additional tool to strategize and manage their club at any moment.

We’re thrilled to witness its widespread adoption and positive reception among our community. With Instant Buy, Managers gained an additional means to swiftly purchase New Season cards at fixed prices, especially when in need of immediate reinforcements for their clubs.



Similarly to what was implemented for Limited, Managers will also have the ability to scout and purchase Rare players directly when composing their football lineup! Direct Scouting offers them a more convenient way to identify cards that match competition requirements, allowing them to fill the gaps in their lineups or explore additional player options!

Why extend Instant Buy to Rare cards?

Given the success of the roll-out for limited cards, we are confident that expanding the Instant Buy feature to include Rare cards will similarly prove successful and beneficial for our Managers.

With our new gameplay dynamics in mind, we understand our Managers’ desire for a more convenient way to prepare their squad early in the season, and auctions may fall short in meeting this need, especially in the Rare scarcity.

Instant Buy offers a solution that provides greater flexibility to match demand with offer without pressuring our auction supply. This ensures a smoother experience for Managers while maintaining a balanced marketplace dynamic.

Similar to our approach with Limited cards, we are committed to ensuring that the implementation of Instant Buy for Rare cards maintains card and supply integrity:

Cards sold through Instant Buy Rare are part of our auction supply and this initiative does not increase the total number of cards we can sell.
